Best Time of Day to Take Amazing Real Estate Photos

Drone Photo Settings

I’m going to dive strait into talking about the photos.  In no way do I consider myself a professional photographer, but I have learned what I need to know to get the best photo with the skills that I do have.

Shoot Photos in RAW format:

RAW format is a larger sized picture to store, but allow for more flexibility when you or your client sits down to edit them.

Aspect Ratio

Define Aspect ratio.  3:2 is ideal.  4:3 will do the trick.

Aperture:

Define aperture.  Aperture controls how much light comes through the lens..  Use a setting between F8-F11.

ISO

ISO stands for.  ISO controls how sensitive the camera is to light.  ISO should be set at 400 or lower.  I have found xx works best.

Shutter Speed

Shutter speed controls how long the camera allows light to reach the sensor.  Use a shutter speed of 1/60.
