Initially introduced in 2014, the DJI Inspire 1 has had an amazing history, but it is not over yet! Even for such an older model, this is still a very competitive piece of equipment. Designed with the professional in mind but tame enough for an inexperienced pilot. With so many features jam-packed into such a great setup, this would be a dream for any serious drone missions.

V1.0 vs V2.0
Yes, we are still referring to the DJI Inspire 1. Do not confuse this with the DJI Inspire 2. DJI has made some minor updates based on customer feedback and optional equipment upgrades. These do not extend the range or flight time of the original version. Most pilots prefer to have V1.0 and upgrade to V2.0 parts.

Conclusion
While this has been replaced by a newer Inspire 2, this is still quite a capable and sought after machine. After spending some time with this model, I can honestly say myself that I would be ecstatic to add this to my collection of flyers, and probably will soon. The DJI Go app may have some drawbacks, but is still quite the preferable method to compliment the DJI Inspire 1. For the inexperienced looking for a jumpstart to a professional looking for a great setup, the DJI Inspire 1 is a great price point to be in!
